2. DELIVERY METHODS & CHARGES

i) Normal Postage (for clothings only):
Local Postage Charges as below:
3 items & below: $1.50 per item
4 items to 10 items: $1 per item

ii) Registered Postage (Recommended)(for clothings only):
Addition of $2.50 per order to normal postage rates

iii) Meet-ups:
Only available for purchase of 3 items and above. Location at Yio Chu Kang MRT station on weekday nights.

iv) Delivery to Location:
Meet-up at your designated single drop off point available at fee of $20 per order.

3. OTHER DETAILS

i)　Out-Of-Stock
We will contact you via email if any items you ordered is out of stock to check if you would like any alternative clothing. In the event alternative clothing is higher priced, payment must be made within 3 working days, else no alternative clothing will be purchased and payment will be refunded within the next 3 working days.

ii) Order Confirmation & Update
All order confirmation will be done via email & any updates will be provided through email and on the website. Please check to ensure our mail does not go into your spam folder!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The rule is simple. No Payment= No Order.

2. Jeneatweddings does not entertain any orders without payment in advance. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, kindly note that cancellation is not allowed. Orders without transaction references are considered as open, and will not be processed if final payment is not received 3 working days after the spree closes. Please understand as we want to ensure that slots for genuine buyers will not be taken up because of these irresponsible spree-ers.
Note: Spree-ers who goes MIA (Missing-In-Action) without valid reasons after placing orders without Payment will be updated in our Blacklist list and not allowed to participate in future sprees.

3. We are sorry that there will be no exchange or refund of clothing policy and we will not be responsible and liable for any damages/ loss incurred during transit and any other consequential losses. However, please be assured you that we will do our utmost to ensure the correctness and quality of your order.

4. Jeneatweddings reserves the right to extend, close or cancel any spree at any time depending on the responses received. If any spree is cancelled, we will refund all amounts back to affected spree-ers within 3 working days.
